Bad Attitude on delayed flight

I was on Flight JE151 from Johannesburg (OR Tambo) to Cape Town on 02 January. Instead of the scheduled take off of 17:30, we only departed at 20:30. 3 hours late.<br> <br> Although I understand the reasons for the delay is out of Mango's control, it was still upsetting to see the \Don't care"attitude of the Mango staff regarding the delay.
