Avoidance to settle bag claim

<p>I flew with Mango Airlines via in December 2015 via Lanseria Airport. Because of the history with flying with the airline, i made sure i took out insurance. On my return, it was discovered that my bag was badly damaged. I reported the incident at the Mango counter and got a ref. I followed process with the insurance company and who wanted the policy number. I queried with Mango Airline call center and they picked up that i took insurance. To date they still cannot give my policy number hence the claim could not finalised. Whats worst is that the insurance company is based in UK and they dont understand the processes followed in SA nor do they understand the TC with Mango. As a result i dont fly mango nor do i let my company or network fly with them,no matter how cheap they are. Cheap prices comes with cheap services...</p>
