Attitudes and approach make a big difference!

At the end of May I had to take a few flights in a short space of time between Cape Town, PE and Durban. I used different service providers to do this and in general the service was ok. Some were more friendly than others but overall there was little difference. Except for the flight between Durban to Cape Town on Mango. I am sorry that I cannot recall the names of the team that assisted but they were fantastic. From the moment we stepped onto the plan the mood was great. They appeared to genuinely be excited about being on the plane and assisting people and it was awesome to see and experience. Well done.
