Appalling service from air hostess

Hi I just landed at Durban from Cape Town and I must say it was the most horrific experience I’ve ever had, a hostess by the name Vyaksha Ramroop Gave me so much attitude because she wanted me to lift my chair and I didn’t hear her because I was half asleep. she then further went on to say she has no time for me when I confronted her about her attitude. I’m not sure if this is the customer service that Mango thrives to deliver. She literally said “ I’ll dish you attitude because you dished me attitude “ and this person is a senior. I hope this will be dealt with accordingly. I’m appalled.
