APPALLING SERVICE, ACTUALLY A COMPLETE LACK THEREOF!!!

Good Day

I was meant to fly on Wednesday 28th April on flight no. JE162 to Johannesburg from Cape Town. However, my flight was suspended for reasons that are still not entirely clear. I would like to know what the way forward is here, as I had to find an alternate way back due to no fault or negligence of my own.I had to fork an addition lump sum, which I had not budgeted for. I would like to be refunded as a result.

I have sent a number of emails and have tried to contact your call centre, however to no avail. This is extremely disappointing and I am highly unhappy with the service I have gotten, or rather a complete lack thereof.
