Appalling Service

Mango was very unprofessional this morning. Flight JE144 was supposed to leave on the 2nd of March 2020 at 8:45 boarding was supposed to be at 8:15 we only started boarding at 8:30 and the plane only left at 09:10 now we've arrived and we've been waiting for our luggage for over 15minutes. The worst part of all of this is that there were no announcements from the beginning that the plane would be delayed or times have slightly been changed nothing. It was probably the worst service my friends and I have ever experienced.
