Another incident with Mango

<p>Why was my seats changed without my knowledge or apology. I booked my seats online and checked in. Printed my boarding pass only to find that my mom and I had been split to accommodate other passengers. I'm leaving for China in a week and we booked this trip together. Now I've been moved without my knowledge or consent. Seems like Mango is just like United. Do what they want with zero care for anyone else. On previous occasion our flights were delayed by more than 6 hours. I once was stuck in Durban for 8 hours. Pathetic </p>
