ALWAYS delayed with no help from customer care!!

I have never been on a Mango flight that was NOT delayed. There is always some downright ridiculous excuse. I have tried getting through to customer service but never seem to reach anyone. I would advise everyone to not choose this airline as it is not reliable AT ALL!!! I will never EVER choose this airline again.
