Worst airline ever. Due to the covid levels that is back to level 3 all beaches and most of the places in Durban are closed. I app**** for a refund on our flights tickets and mango said sorry we re still flying we can't give you a refund or a voucher or even help to move the flight, you can move the flights but needs to pay almost the same amount as the flight tickets amount, you must pay before you can change the dates., so mango Wil take your money . Bidvest the car rental refunded me even the accommodation refunded me. Think before using mango or travelstart again you will loose your money. I am very disappointed in mango and travelstart i never fly with them again and I will never book with travelstart again I will spread the news.
