Airline staff unhelpfull

we travelled to Zanzibar on 10 December 2016 JE926 me, my husband and our 5 year old daughter. At the check in counters there was one line for PE, Durban and Zanzibar passengers. so you can inmagine the long line. when we got to the check in counter the lady was not very friendly to start of with that aside she gave our boarding passes which haf us seated all over the plane. i told her that its impossible for my 5 year old to sit by herseld in between strangers. her attitude stinked she just said theres nothing she can do ill have to sort it out by the plane. now by this time my daughter was in a state. our friends checked in after us and they where a family of 4 of which the check in staff gave them seats close together at least,

as we got to the plane i asked the flight attended to please help with the seats, of which she rep**** you checked in late and we cant force people to change, by now my daughters was screaming in fear at the planes door. luckly our friends said they will move to diffrent seats. doing that it left their two daughter 10 and 13 sitting with out their parents.

the staff at Zanzibar airport was friendly and helpful and all of us got seated together on our flight back.

the staff at Oliver tambo is arrogant and its as if they do us a favour by checking us in. wheres the days where the airline staff was friendly and enjoyed their jobs.
