Agent's Attitude stinks

I have been observing this for quite some time now . Your agents at your Check-in tills are the most unfriendly people I've ever seen in all the Airports I've ever been to . They're attitude stinks . <br> <br> I was late this morning for my flight , instead of advising me on what I can do not to miss the flight . They kept on yelling that the are not accepting luggage's , I had to leave my luggage bag behind and figure out how its going to get to CT. I know I was wrong for being late, which I did not plan to . Customer service training is strongly neede in that Airport .
