Absolutely shocked at how they treat animals!!!!

To whom it may concern

I am livid at the condition my dog was in after flying with mango yesterday.

Not only was she absolutely terrified and traumatized after the flight...but it seems like her carrier was suspended in the air during the flight. The ropes were still attached to the carrier when I picked her up...

Because of the traumatic state she was in she had a running tummy and was covered with faeces from head to toe( something that would not have happened if she was handled correctly)!!!

What made things worse was that my cigarettes, jewelry and expensive perfume were ****** from my luggage...not the first time this has happened to me on a mango flight!!!

I must inform you that I will be taking this matter further and will will not stop until animals are treated with care on your flights.

I will be sure to post this on every social media site as well as to report your airline to the SPCA!!!!

Your employees should be screened properly before being hired since not only are they cruel to animals, they are ******* as well!!!!

I am quite shocked and totally disappointed and will never travel with your airline again!
