ABSOLUTELY DISSAPPOINTING WITH NO CARE IN THE WORLD

I am so FRUSTRATED, UPSET, ANGERED and DISSAPPOINTED in Mango airlines. We had a flight from Johannesburg to Durban this morning, only to arrive in Durban to be informed that they have left behind around 80 traveller's luggage at OR Tambo and that they are not sure when we will receive our luggage, it won't even be sent in the next flights for the day. This is the worst way to begin a holiday. We have absolutely nothing in Durban, no additional clothing, chronic medication, NOTHING!! I am lost for words for this airline. One cannot explain or forgive such behaviour. You have no idea of the impact that you cause, for the people who travel with and put their trust in your airline. There is no understanding of the urgency of such a matter. Absolutely no care at all for your travellers!!
