ABSOLUTE ******* - STOLE OUR MONEY

<p>Mango airlines have changes our flight times several times after a booking was made and fell outside our plans. Uppon cancelling they had no problem to do so and said funds will be refunded. After endless calls every second day for 4weeks now we are still not being assisted. Call centres dont answer and complaints department also dont answer call. Call centre people that do answer pass you from pillar to post and promises tou results with nothing. Absolute disgrace how they think they can get away with this. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING FLIGHTS, over commit under deliveres then *****s your money.</p>
