Absolute farce!!!

Supposed to leave jhb at 9:35. Flight was delayed 3 times. Finally board at 11:30 - then sit on plane for over an hour as first they have to fuel and then made a total ***** up with the bags. No communication from pilot or air hostess. Pathetic pathetic pathetic!
