a shining star

On Thursday I arrived at OR Tambo. I went to the drop and go where my hubby was fetching me. I put my back pack on the concrete column. My cell rang and my hubby arrived. I picked my case up and off I went. Arriving at the office I realized that I had left my back pack on the column which had my iPad,jewelry and load of keys. I was about to phone ACSA (knowing in my heart that I would not see it again)when my cell rang. This gentleman Kevin asked me if I was Norah he then told me that he had my back pack. He found my boarding pass and after some investigation found my phone no. We meet Kevin and he handed me my bag. Myself and my hubby have flown mango many times and have always had exceptional service and now this service extends outside the terminal. Kevin is an amazing gentleman and Mango is blessed to have him in there employment. Thank you Kevin in this very sad world that we live in you bring a ray of sun shine.
