3 Hour Delay

<p>My partner and I were booked on a flight from Durban to Cape Town this evening, originally a 17:40 departure. We ended up boarding at 20:20 and were airborne at 20:45. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were told there was some trouble with hitting a bird on the previous flight.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, the delay caused us significant inconvenience and Mango were unable to get us on a different flight (another Mango flight left from Durban to Cape Town at 19:00).</p> <p> </p> <p>We are both rather upset.</p>
