2nd disappointment

I wrote on hello Peter last month with regards to an error of payment , after phoning 10 seconds after they refused to refund me. After endless fighting they agreed to refund me 50% and that it would take 7 - 14 days. It is now over a month later , having to call Edgars because my account balance was high they confirmed no refund had been made. It is beyond shocking that within a month I am writing here twice, and more so it is disgusting that I have to follow up on a promise that has not been kept .
