20 mins and no answer

iv been waiting on the phone for the past 20mins but no answer from the mango call center.<br> <br> I am trying to change a ticket, the online manage your booking does not give the correct amount but instead charges you for a full ticket. my ticket and the flight i am trying to change to is the same cost so the i should be only paying the booking change fee. <br> <br>
