1st Time Client - Broken into Bag :(

<p>I am a frequent flyer and was asked by work to get a quote from Mango. This was my first time flying with this airline. On my late arrival home I find that my bag had been broken into and my brand new bottle of perfume that I received for mothers day was ****** from my bag with my jersey. The reason why the perfume was in my bag I have been told by security you cannot take onto the plane in your handbag. When I called security I was told that I could not claim for my perfume only my jersey. How fustrating!! Used my perfume twice and now it has been ****** - only cost R1500. First time on this airline - not a good first time experience - think it will be my last! </p>
