Mangethe Express Poor Service

I'm writing this to express my dissatisfaction in the manner in which my quiry was addressed by that arrogant old lady who works for Mangethe Express in Katlehong. Her attitude always displays the unwillingness to resolve clients disputes, it is also evident that she has got no passion, training and very impatient with clients such that she arrogantly told me I'm not a client. That woman is very selfish, it is not the first that I was subjected to this kind of sub standard treatment. I'm intending escalating thus matter to the Bus Association which Mangethe Express is an affiliate so that that old lady can learn to have manners. My brother also went through this bad treatment from the same old lady, I don't know if she's got shares in this business.
