Non delivery of equipments

I had hired Rebecca to do decor for my wedding which was on the 08th and 09th August 2015. She was supposed to the decor for the main tent and stretch tent for ****tail setup. The tent she provided was dirty and when i confronted her about it she said i should have notified her earlier for her to inform the supplier. Her fabrics for the draping were dirty and not the same, plates dirty and old. The furniture that she had quoted me for the ****tail setup was not available and she blamed this on miscommunication between her stuff. We had also agreed on the furniture for the ****tail set up to be white and on Sunday she brought red and black furniture. After i informed her about all the things that i was not happy about she acknowledged the mistakes and was only willing to refund me R6000 of the R 30 000 i had paid for the ****tail setup. She didn't deliver on the things that she had quoted me and that i paid my hard cash on.
