Mandyville? Don't even bother...

After confirming our appointment twice en route from Cape Town to Jeffery's Bay, just 15 mins before we arrived there, we were informed that there was a double-booking and we'd have to be moved to an alternative accommodation. The alternative was not ideal as we would only have street parking available. The reception of this establishment was adjacent to a bar and we'd be parked out front. Taking into consideration that this all took place just Aster lockdown was lifted and people were making the most of their "newfound freedom" we were not inclined to take the risk.

Mandyville was happy to take our full payment in advance, not just a deposit, before we even departed from Cape Town and at the very last minute we were left stranded with the only alternative a sub-standard, hole in the wall type accommodation.

This was completely unacceptable and atrocious "service", if you could even refer to it as such.

Never have we ever experienced such incompetence and haphazard service before.
