Unprofessional Service

Was very quick and friendly at first to pick up our police clearance to be fast tracked, but now impossible to get hold of for answers. Numerous emails and WhatsApp's remain unanswered and no calls taken or you get is a message “I will phone you back”…… and still waiting. Somehow I think we have been ****med and have taken our money…….
