3rd party claim, not being dealt with

My wife was involved in an accident with a Santam client who works through a broker. The accident occurred on 2/4/2015. I drove the vehicle to 4 different panelbeaters, who refused to quote on a third party claim for Santam. I reported this to the broker who was going to send a panelbeater to to quote. I eventually arranged another panel beater to quote and submitted this to the broker, 1 week after the accident .Needless to say, to date, 5 weeks later nothing has happened. Yesterday afternoon some-one called and asked for a photo of the car and claimed that the damage is too much. no-one from Santam has even seen the vehicle to date. .
