Disgusting Service by Mandlethu Trading cc

I am bitterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism showcased by Mandlethu Trading. My matter with them has been on since 2018, my account with them has been settled and I have never missed any payments however upon trying to purchase my car it showed on my ITC records that I have missed payments and still owing. Strange enough I have a settlement letter from them issued to me on the 31 of December 2018, stating that my account has been paid up in full and I do not have an outstanding bill with them.

After numerous failed attempts to get them to rectify this matter with ITC, I today on 2021 still find myself on ITC with a negative record of being a bad payer.

This is to educate any other people who want to do business with Mandlethu Trading to stay far away from them. Please can any financial ombudsman reading this complaint, please can you kindly assist me on what I can do to correct this and get my name removed from ITC will be greatly appreciated.
