NOT PAYING CLIENTS!!!!

I sold my property in Odendaalsrus. Very long story short, Mandie still owes me R12000, I have phoned numerous times to speak to her but she's never available and do not return my calls. As a result I have been in contact with Lerato telephonically as well as on whatsapp since 12 May 2023 to try to get the sale of my property finalised. There is still R12000 outstanding, and honestly it has really been unpleasant having to constantly ask and beg for her to please settle the outstanding fee. I have contacted the purchaser as well, and he says that there is absolutely NO reason why my fee shouldnt have been settled a long time ago already. It is really unfortunate, but I give her time until Wednesday, 3 April 2024 to settle my outstanding fee, thereafter I will report her to the Legal Practice Council. According to the lady who works for her, she hasn't been in the office, so they took the files for payments to her on Thursday, 28 March 2023. Eveyone is calling for their payments- and NO Mandie!
