Useless and unprofessional clinic

I went to the clinic as a patient for my own personal reasons. I waited in the medical for almost 2 hours waiting for a nurse that's doesn't even exist. A lady and I continously asked several nurses who work with the specified nurse and we kept told that she was on lunch and that's she's coming. When I asked to speak to the Matron of the clinic and I was told she was a meeting that hadn't even started and she failed to spare me 5mins of her time to hear my complaint. The nurses there are very rude and unprofessional.
