Steer Clear

Steer clear of these apartments. We bought an apartment at the Mandela Rhodes because it is a beautiful Heritage building that we thought would be well maintained.

How wrong we were. We have very bad damp in our apartment. The Body Corporate and the managing agent Pam Golding know they are responsible for this but refuse to complete the necessary maintenance. They will not even discuss with us.

We have been unable to obtain any reasons why they refuse to address the problem.

This has been going on for three years!!
