Refundable deposit **** run in Madiba's name

We're being ****med out of our R1000 security deposit as more than 14 working days after it was meant to refunded, they're giving us the run around about logging tickets with their accounts department. When I gave them a 1-star Google review they responded with some generic answer that they send all the guests with the same complaint, blaming the guests for not reviewing their policy for the broken down filthy property without addressing the issue of the deposit refund.
