Elaslim pantyhose at Perfect dealz

Hi I bought ELASLIM tear resistant pantyhose online from the above company trading as 'Perfect dealz' on the 30th April 2019 . I was impressed of how quick they delivered. But after receiving the goods ... Error by error followed. 1. The courier bag was not sealed. 2. The pantyhose box looked as if someone picked into it. 3. The other pack seal on the plastic wasn't fully off to seal. 4. The one pair of pantyhose were having Holes ( mind you this is a tear resistant pantyhose)if I had nails I'd suspect but no nails or manicure. The other pair had starter tear ( so I thought they must take them both). 5. I emailed them not 30min long after I saw the first error and pictures but the only response I got was 'my supervisor ...send pictures of the pantyhose' I rep**** ' I already sent pictures...' Till this day ... their waiting for 48hrs to attend to my query as they have a lot of clients their attending to. 6. I tried selling the one which had a starter tear at a lesser price but it didn't fit a size 34 person. Which meant these were not same sizes of pantyhose. Please if there's anyway I want my refund! Asap, I doubt I'll associate with Perfect dealz' online .
