STAY AWAY FROM MPD WESTRAND
Stay away from this parts company, their return policy states clearly... Electrical parts and parts correctly supp**** to order will not be be returnable "even if its faulty", no claims will be entertained after 3 days of invoice date. All returns may be subject to a handling fee of up to 20%. We baught a faulty powersteering pump for a GWM steed 6 and they will not return it without a full full report from a dealer that states what is wrong with it, we are now forced to buy a new pump because Haval does not have the time to write a detailed report. This company is not worth the hasstle!!!

We do have policies and procedures for claims (which any parts company have) and we will always assist our customers in the event of a part with a factory defect. The pump in question is currently with our Westrand outlet and they will submit a claim accordingly. Because there is no report and because you fitted a specialized part yourself, we will first have to send it for testing locally. As soon as this is done we can revert back to you with a result. The bit you added to our T's and C's , "even if it's faulty", is a false statement and do not make up any part of our returns policies. We understand that you are angry at this stage but it isn't fair of you to make false statements about our company in this regard. We will do our utmost to speed up the process and provide you with the relevant feedback. Kind regards, Team MPD.
