Inferior Product Quality and Poor Service

Poor Product Quality I bought new water pump for Tata Super Ace , fitted it in and started my car. The motor ran for about 3min and the water pump pulley slipped off😡. It was a Dead Stop for my car. I took it (another 55km from my place ) back and they gave me another one. I hade to send the cylinder head to the Engineering company, another costs + plus mechanics I have written to MPD twice already for compensation, only got automated response 😡 This sh**t , If they read this you have lost another customer!!! *** if they care to call😡
