Extremely shocking manager!
Vickey was great to do business with, very professional. Cant say the same for the manager. Extremely rude and totally disregards all the information you are trying to relay (info that you were given by a RMI registered workshop) because "his guys" know better and he refuses to refund. Accuses me of shouting then mumbles when I say I am not, tells me that the part was fitted incorrectly after I just told him that my husband is a mechanic, a mechanic who knows without a doubt how to fit brake pads. I am shocked by the utter lack of professionalism and customer care. I will never do business with MPD again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
