bad communication and listening skills

During my stay in Mandalay guesthouse on the 25-29-05-15 I received a very bad service. Guest are not allowed to iron in rooms which is understandable and reasonable however we are also not allowed to use their laundry. I was chased out of the laundry area like I'm no body and the owner did not even care to explain as to why. All this happened because I needed to find out if I can use the laundry room or not from one of her staff. When I approached her she went all defensive and did not give me a concrete answer instead was even more arrogant and left while we were still talking.<br> <br> The owner of the place will be very much disappointed to hear such bad things as I know how friend and courteous they are <br> <br> This is unacceptable
