Worst student services ever!

Mancosa has the most frustrating and unprofessional student services! I have been trying to contact them for 2 whole weeks now, but to no avail! I want to pay my fees but they have added R5000 to my fees that none of my other classmates are paying. Lets not even get started on asking them for a bursary, with the way they bull**** you around. There are so many sites on Google that say they offer bursaries, but as soon as you phone them they act as if they know nothing about it.

The only time they are swift enough to answer calls and return emails is when it involves pending payments. I am absolutely frustrated and furious ! 😠

They don't even have the decency to assign you a student advisor after 1st year, or let you know you won't have one. And the student advisors themselves just discard you after 1st year and won't even help answering simple questions. Absolutely infuriating when we pay so much and don't get any help !
