Worst Sevice ever
<p> I am a student at MANCOSA, this is the 3rd week we are on that i have requested my final marks to be emailed to me nothing has happened. I contacted the JHB branch and was refered to the DBN branch were i was on hold, then refered to so many people and several times they hung up on me. I have sent an email to the right people still no reply (this was 2 weeks back). one of the ladies from DBN that i spoke to over the phone told me that there are busy marking supplementary exams papers....why is it a stand still if they are marking supplementary papers. i need information so i can go back to my company as they need feedback.</p>

Hi, i received a call from Bridgett Khawula and she explained that because the school is busy marking the supplementary exams the system does not allow them to pull the Statement of results this was on the 19th July and i was advised that the results will be out yesterday 25th July and i totally understood and agreed with the understanding that my query will be resolved on Monday. i now have 2 problems 1 i havent received my stattement of results the student portal somehow reflects that I need to pay. i have tried the whole morning to get hold of Mancosa DBN and the phone just rings.
