Worst service with attitude for students

I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this so called Institution. I enrolled this year on the 15 Aug, on the 22nd Aug I receive my course handbook and material. On the handbook there are 5 workshops, 1st one I missed because I was not enrolled at the time. 2nd one I go and I’m told the facilitator is not available, fast forward out of the 4 workshops for Analytical Techniques, I had to fight to get 1 session. Now I’m being told by Giselle that I need to pay for the other sessions, because it’s long past the workshop schedule. Mind you on 2 occasions the facilitator was not available due to personal problems.

I mean why are these people making their problems mine, their course clearly state that students will be offered workshops to help them understand the subjects better.

I did not write the final exam for this module because I had to send an email to the HOD, and even now I’m fighting for the same bull****. I mean this is insane, what kind of Institution is this. I regret enrolling with them, I wish I came checked the reviews here on Hello-peter before.

I requested an email of the Principal and I’m not being given.
