Worst service from Mancosa

I have been trying to get my transcript for the whole day with no luck, if I am not on hold for hours then unprofessional service who cannot assist me. It is quite urgent I need the transcript for work purposes, upset is an understatement this is total bull****, I do not owe them anything at all and these are transcripts for last year’s academic year…… Total poor poor service to returning students, should they need you to enroll they would call you all ****en day
