Worst service ever

Mancosa has bad service. All issues raised are not resolved. It is even worse when you have to repeat a module because of them. There's no communication at all. I am appalled by their service and their consultants hide behind the telephone and computer. Contacting Mancosa is talking to a brick wall. I have so many unresolved issues with them. It is even worse for this. Ref 521107. Nothing is ever taken seriously yet we're paying.
