Worst nightmare

<p>I have been struggling to keep up with the payments for my Advanced Certificate such an extent that I had to make a new arrangement of paying R3k everymonth till 2017 June to keep up with my balance of 2016 fees. January I wrote supplementary exams for 2 modules and I called Mancosa debtors department and also sent them an email requesting to know if I have passed the supps or not so as I can re-register this Semester if needs be. I was called back by Sureya who doesn't have any telephone manners but only knows how to shout and she also dropped the phone on my ear besides the fact that I am keeping up with my new arrangement she insisted that I will not get my results till I have paid all the balance. Now I didn't want the actual scores but only to know if I need to re-register or not. Now what is the point of rushing me to pay the institution if they are withholding both the results and the certificate because in as much as I am going to pay their balance but they must also prioritize us as students other than money. I cant imagine the pain of missing out on a whole semester simple because of money of which I am paying more over with their R1000 interest that they have added to the outstanding fees. Total joke!!!</p>
