WORST INSTITUTION

I am writing this with a very huge disappointment with a service received from Mancosa .

I am a final year student who feels unfairly treated together with my fellow students.

First of all how does an institution decided to cancel and postpone exams while we are in the middle of exams ? I called your service desk and am advised that two exams that we already wrote last week is also cancelled and we will have to rewrite everything.

Do you guys understand the trauma, repercussions and stress we have to endure due to your incompetence?

I am working for a private institution and so does many of your students , so how are you compensating our leaves taken in this regard? I for one can’t afford to take any days from the 15th until next year , so how are you going to ensure that your errors are fixed and as we are already compromised and stressed how are you fixing this issue.

I stand on my right to say ,I don’t want exams to be postponed , but rather come with a plan .

Suggestion will be 1. Give us extra hours to complete the exams next week. 2 . Students write in a form of projects for the remaining of exams .

We are not liable or responsible for your errors , and this speaks to the integrity of the institution as well as values , the service so far leave me with a very bitter taste on my mouth .

Students are livid, frustrated and feel the university is inconsiderate .

If you had contingency plan the whole mess could have been avoided , as it is clear that it is server issues and due to network traffic student’s work is lost and many other technical glitches , how can such a big institution not have a solid IT team to work this weekend in ensuring that this mess is sorted ?

Mancosa sort yourselves and this fix error ASAP , we want to write next week please with all due respect and within our rights.

Hope to hear from you soon , should we not write next week I guess we will be left with an option of taking the university to Media houses with enough evidence at hand.

Consider the costs we are paying , our times off work , our emotional state of your students , even worse during these trying times we are living under .
