Worst helpdesk Ever!

The helpdesk for students hang up without speaking or hearing the issue. I've logged several incidents regarding their App and student portal. I then called and waited on their IVR for 25 minutes. Only for the lines to be disconnected on 3 occassions. Its the worst service for an institution of this nature. My academic future hangs in the balance because of the Helpdesk support line
