Worse school ever/

This school only cares about their money, There is no support they fail you for not submitting a only one KCQ. Its it not stipulated in their handbook that if you miss a KCQ will be expected to re register even if you have Passed your exam. A KCQ is an assignment, if you Pass an Exam you should at least pass. I've attended other institutions, if you didn't qualify for the exam they wont make you write the final exam, not make you write, then fail for not submitting one KCQ. Not to mansion that their system will not function and you will call the call centre for hours without any one picking up the fone. You will write to then with out any answers only a generic email, I need answers not the below email, where is the answer in this email. Where is the response below.
