Why waiste my time to write exam?

I wrote Information and knowledge Management Online summative assessment on 12 July 2024. The exam results are back and indicated that I passed the exam, but wait, guess what, I failed the module because "fail to met combined sub-minimum Re-register". If I failed to meet the minimum to write an exam, why was I allowed to write and waiste almost 8 hours of writing which includes hours of studying. I called Mancosa to enquire since I did not understand how I failed, the consultant arrogantly informed me that I indeed wasted my time writing the exam. Why, Why?? Now I must re-register and play over R6K for that module, is this a money making scheme. I will be writing on LinkedIn to warn any prospective students of this. This is not the end from me. I will be commenting on all your pages that you make students who pass their exams to fail, this does not make sense at all!!!
