why the incompetence?

This is my second year studying with Mancosa and I must say last year was such a breeze and I thought I was doing the right thing doing a second year with them. I realized that I was charged for requesting a Remark when none of the papers were actually remarked. I have submitted a resubmission in April and its June now, I am still waiting for my marked paper. I keep communicating with chats and student services but no one seems to comprehend something so simple, I CANT SEE MY RESULTS!!!! they are not made available to me. I get an error when trying to access the resubmitted case study, I chose Mancosa because I am a single mother of two and I work 9-5 while trying to catch up with lost time on my studies, the only person who seems to be aware is my student advisor Tendai.
