Why taking a graduation opportunity from my hard work

I have studied with this Institution for 3 years and the service is terrible bad , i never owed them , suddenly got an email saying i cant attend Graduations , knowing their problem is on their side , cant speak of Tailor GRADUTION MANAGER rude lady who hang the call while trying to get answers, Ms Felicia Pillay she did not try anything. as was planning to enroll again in June , its a NO , rather go someone else
