Where Terrible Service is the Benchmark

For the past two week I have been trying to establish if the payment that was made on my account has been credited. After several email my account has still not been credited, so I decided to call the non-existent call center. I don’t know why they call it a “call center” because its either they don’t pick-up, keep you on hold till you end the call or they will pick-up but not speak to you.

I have other issue with this institution but will post them at a later stage but for now all I want to do is know have they receive the money they have been constantly reminding me to pay and view my results.
