What an awful way to start an Assessment

So I wrote a 5hour OSA just to loose it all when I hit the submit button which kicked me out and when I logged in back again all my work was gone...because mancosa decided to change their OSA procedure without piloting it first and now we the learners are suffering the consequences...I am so disappointed right now...tried to call and was on the line for almost an hour without any answer...logged query tickets and still no response as to what is going on..
