After I was late for an exam and was denied entry, they contacted me and resolved my issue, allowing me to take the supplementary exam in July.

I really have to give credit where credit is due, I was really upset and not very friendly with the person who phoned me. But despite my rude attitude he still assisted me in a professional manner.
